I don't like how he chose to implicate Hip Hop in Taylor's death though. Can music or some medium be blamed for the actions of slave masters, Nazis, & conquistadors? Should we blame Christianity? There was nothing else to blame other than the perpetrators. The world wasn't a utopia before (garbage) Rap music. & if (garbage) Rap is such a problem, pick a bone with the consumer cuz they have no qualms with it. Second comes the record label & the media since they pump trash based on supply & demand. Third comes the rapper since he/she creates garbage. With regards to his article I agree wholeheartedly about how we as Black ppl embrace the vile members of our community or look the other way when they set out to destroy us but are gung-ho about fighting The Man for committing the same acts.
