If you ever want to see the GOP go scared out of their minds, just take ANY issue and accuse them of racism. Take this so-called controversial anti-Ford ad as an example:

(Red alert! Red alert–RACISM, RACISM, RACISM!!)

From ABCnews.com:

“After a few more digs, the spot ends with her driving the point home, flirtatiously saying “Harold: Call me.”

To many the message is clear, and in some parts of Tennessee, potentially incendiary with its accusations of a rendezvous between a white woman and Ford, an African-American.

“It is talking about interracial sex, interracial relationships,..”

How is this racism? Interracial relationships are very common these days, so how is this racism or controversial for that matter?

The GOP response? Run like a bat out of hell

RNC pulls controversial Ford ad

>Example 2<

Congressional canadate in Orange county, CA, Tan D. Nguyen

In short, a letter was sent out to Hispanic voters allegedly by his campaign. The controversial line?

“You are being sent this letter because you were recently registered to vote. If you are a citizen of the United States, we ask that you participate in the democratic process of voting. You are advised that if your residence in this country is illegal or you are an immigrant, voting in a federal election is a crime that could result in imprisonment, and you will be deported for voting without having the right to do so.” (more…)

While the wording in the second half of this excerpt is a little bad, any person with a half a brain should understand here that if they are illegal, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE IN THIS COUNTRY. Yet to critics, calling an illegal, illegal is considered racist. Gov. Schwarzenegger’s response?

SANTA ANA — Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, calling an intimidating letter sent to thousands of Hispanic voters “a hate crime,” said Saturday the Republican candidate whose campaign it was linked to should quit the race if he had anything to do with it.

“I think this is one of the worst letters that anyone could send out. And I think those kind of tactics are illegal and it is a hate crime,” Schwarzenegger said. (more…)

The Orange county GOP response?

The Orange County Republican Party asked one of its Congressional candidates on Thursday to withdraw from the November election after a campaign worker from his office sent a letter threatening Hispanic voters with jail if they went to the polls. (more…)

READ THE FREAKIN’ LETTER, CHICKEN HEAD!!! Only illegals were told not to vote.

“Cut and Run” demonstrated!
