Stay away from eating prepared foods and sauces, such as:

*Prepared dinners such as “TV” dinners, lasagna, pizza, etc.

*Canned meats such as corned or dried beef “Spam”, sausages

* Breaded meats such as veal cutlets, shrimp, chicken, etc.

* Hot dogs, cold cuts, frozen meat pies, deli meats

* Ham, sausage, bacon , salt pork, processed cheeses, and buttermilk

* Canned vegetables, canned beans, “frijoles negros”

* Pickles, olives, salted nuts, potato chips, pretzels, sauerkraut

* Bouillon, canned or dried soups and gravies

* V-8 or tomato juices

* Chinese food

* Condiments – sauces – flavorings

* Seasoned salts such as, “garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt”

* Catsup, mustard, salad dressing, Sazón

* Sauces (soy, worcestershire, chili, mojo, barbecue or steak)

* “Accent®,” (Monosodium Glutamate, MSG) or other meat tenderizers.
