Stay away from eating prepared foods and sauces, such as:

*Canned meats such as corned or dried beef “Spamâ€Â, sausages
* Breaded meats such as veal cutlets, shrimp, chicken, etc.
* Hot dogs, cold cuts, frozen meat pies, deli meats
* Ham, sausage, bacon , salt pork, processed cheeses, and buttermilk
* Canned vegetables, canned beans, “frijoles negrosâ€Â
* Pickles, olives, salted nuts, potato chips, pretzels, sauerkraut
* Bouillon, canned or dried soups and gravies
* V-8 or tomato juices
* Chinese food
* Condiments – sauces – flavorings
