A military unit based at Andrews Air Force Base is making history with its new commander.
Colonel Stayce Harris was installed Sunday as the first African-American woman to command an operational Air Force flight wing. She takes command of the 459th air refueling wing with Sunday’s change-of-command ceremony. (click here for the rest of the story along with a video stream)
