		<description>When I say the headline of this post I was wondering what you were talking about.  I have never heard of states or any govâ€™t agency being in the bi of selling booze.  This is surely not a govâ€™t function and must be killed right now.  Like one person said, it does prove that the govâ€™t shouldnâ€™t be selling booze.



&lt;b&gt; Thatâ€™s because of an unusual alliance between Democrats, who want to keep union jobs in the stores and Republicans, who want to keep tight control on liquor sales.&lt;/b&gt;

Oh the politics of liquor.  Of course the Dems want the unions to be happy and the republicans want the â€œcontrolâ€ over liquor.</description>
