Big-city black populations just keep falling
From peak in 1980, trend has been steadily downward

Now the spinmeisters out there would have you believe that the reason behind this is simply because rich white people are running us out of our homes as though we were like the Jews during the early days of the Holocaust when German soldiers kicked them out of their homes and drove them into the ghettos of Berlin.
Here is one of the main reasons: TAXES, TAXES, TAXES
Taxes that are imposed by mostly Liberal city council members who are constantly raising them for services that seemingly do nothing to improve the city. Issues like crime, homelessness, poverty, failing school systems, low recruitment for both fire and police departments and more continue to be a harsh reality for city-dwellers while at the same time finding out about in the local media about the latest city hall scandal that pushed the city budget further into the red.
As a California resident, I know of many blacks who left Los Angeles after the riots because like most people with sense, they got tired of all the self destruction around them (not to mention that it was just unsafe) and moved east (from the Inland Empire to cities like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, Texas, Atlanta, etc.). Blacks are also leaving San Francisco largely because of taxes and ridiculous rent prices (I mean just ridiculous).
So the next time someone wants to scold you as a black person for leaving the city, just tell them that you will keep an eye out for them in the suburbs. Trust me, they will not be too far behind.
