On the contrary, his point is valid on both fronts. Regardless of the actions of the Democratic party on the state level, votes may not be counted towards the preferred candidate. This may be a different situation, but the issue is still the same.

Bottom line, Democrats chose Clinton in that state so those delegates should go to her if they decide to count them at the election. But it those delegates are a make or break it for Obama and they still go to Clinton, there will be hell.
