Okay y’all, stop running to the bathroom every 1/2 hour to run hot water on those ashy knuckles of yours. Stop trying to squeeze the life out of that trial size bottle of Jergens lotion with the crust around the cap. Time to get serious with keeping your skin moisturized duing this winter season.

All of this “freezing” weather we have been experiencing out here on the West coast (East coast folks can insert laugh here), my skin has been looking white lately. Two things I have been doing to remedy that: #1 – Drink more water and #2 – Taking a bath with olive oil (this type of bath is great, because you will not need to apply lotion on your skin until the following day).
