How can this be made into a racial issue. Drug dealing and drug abuse are horrible things. How can you say it is unfair to to punish someone more severely only because people of certain races statistically commit a specific crime more often? Would it really make racial issues disappear if "white drugs" had the same consequenses as "black drugs?" Drugs are a problem for all races, instead of complaining about which race is most affected by drug enforcement laws, let us discuss how we can end the drug problem in general. Speaking on statistics, a good percentage of drug offenders in prison are either in for the second or third time etc. or will be imprisoned for a similar offense in the future.
