The following is a short list of things I do not play when it comes to horror movies:
1. Little girls with men voices
2. Women with men voices
3. Completely white eyes.
4. Anything dealing with the occult.
5. Sinister Puppets or dolls that talk (excluding Chucky)
6. Anything in a graveyard at night.
I HATE all slasher films!
Now for the record, the last time I actually sat down to watch a horror flick was back when I was in high school on our senior trip (I think it was the movie ‘Witchboard’–I’m not sure).
What has kept me completely turned off of horror movies was the fact that when I was a child (I know I had to be under 5), my mom had to take me with her to the theaters when she wanted to see movies like ‘The Exorcist’ or ‘The Omen’ because she could not find a babysitter. She knew I would be scared so during the scary parts she would throw a small blanket over me–but I could still hear it! We laugh about that still to this day but maaaaaaan, brotha was scared!
