The solution is 3 fold. Education, raising of the minimum wage, and booting illegals out of the work force.

The first and third suggestion I can go with, but raising the minimum wage has a LONG history of not producing the results folks think. In short two things usually happen: increased strain on employers who can only afford to pay their employers the existing minimum wage and less incentive is given to employees to aim higher in career aspirations.
