Former president of black college is charged with defrauding federal loan programs

This is really messed up. As a former resident of the Atlanta area, I remember how they tried to blame well off blacks (especially those in Hollywood) for not coming to the aid of the school. Some people even went as far as to blame the government for the financial mess of the school.
