Not too long ago on this site I referenced an article that appeared on bankrate.com where Christopher Cruise (Senior National Mortgage Trainer) was interviewed. Well somehow he discovered the post and contacted me via e-mail to thank me. We talked yesterday by phone and briefly talked about the current state of the mortgage industry and how it is affecting the Black community. Since he has a lot of knowledge on the subject than your average journalist, he was open to the idea for me to interview him in the very near future. Before I continue, here is his bio:

Christopher Cruise, one of the nation’s most-experienced trainers of residential mortgage loan originators and processors, founded the school in 2006. He started as a residential mortgage loan originator in 1988. He is the former Senior National Corporate Trainer and Curriculum Developer for one of the nation’s largest mortgage training companies. He now trains beginner and advanced originators and processors throughout the nation for his own residential mortgage loan training company and for other national training companies, including:

This is a great time for any readers to forward me any questions you may have regarding the mortgage industry and how it relates to you. Even if you are not a homeowner, don’t let that stop you from tapping in this wealth of knowledge. Use the “Contact” link above to forward your questions.

I’m thinking of making this into a podcast where I may transcribe it for future reference. Look for this interview later this month.
