Another work force shipped overseas.
Let’s think about this for a moment, this means that all the equipment along with phone technical support will be handled overseas. I can remember earlier in my IT career when call centers with IT companies was the way to go if you wanted to get into the field. Many blacks took advantage of this (especially in the ATL). There were many people that I knew personally that were able to get their IT certifications while working in these call centers.
So much for progress, eh?
