		<description>Cuba&#039;s poverty couldn&#039;t have anything to do with the US sanctions could it? It couldn&#039;t be that the IMF, World Bank, and OAS spit on the Cuban Revolution. Numerous hurricanes causing billions in damage are also the fault of Castro. Naw...better just blame it all on Castro. I think Angola, Nambia, Algeria, Western Sahara, South Africa would disagree with you on Castro&#039;s support for the oppressed. But god knows the Afro-cuban community had it good under Batista. How many doctors did Cuba send to Haiti? Why was the first place Nelson Mandela went after he was freed from South African prison to Havana to embrace Castro?</description>
