		<description>I&#039;m fine with universal health care for the sick, the poor, the elderly, and even for mentally ill... but all the same, I&#039;m not sure I agree with universal coverage for my neighbor who can afford his own coverage (or for that matter, my neighbor having to pay for my own coverage, too.)  Is it right to dole out government insurance for those who can afford it, and, is to do so consistent constitutionally?</description>
