This was Black on Black. That’s why the police first said it wasn’t a hate crime.

But the crime was made to look white on black.

I say give them that same treatment.

I saw the coverage of this on the news and as it was presented, from the start it was clear the people who did this were Black.

Again, painting a racial slur on anybody’s home should be treated the same. Otherwise, doube standard will kill all the noise regarding hate crimes.

That’s what the owner of the house said. But if a Black person gets into a fight with another BLack person and calls him N****r, then is that a hate crime or just assault?

I’m not a fan of hate crime laws.

Hate crime laws are too much based on emotion. A crime is a crime… why do I care what someone’s motive is in killing someone or vandalising something? I don’t… either way – whether it’s racism or something else – it’s not good!

Too easy to manipulate in my opinion.
