Back in the nineteenth century missionaries from Britain set out on arduous journeys by steamer to the African continent: their goal, to bring the Christian message to what they often referred to as “The Dark Continent”.
But today roles seem to have been reversed and many Africans are retracing those journeys, hoping to revive interest in Christianity in the land which first brought their grandparents into the Church. (more…)
