My name is Marc Trujillo and I am a writer. I am Latino-American that believes that Black-Americans and Latino-Americans should be friends.

I have a novel that I have worked carefully. I call it, Day in the Life of Francisco Garcia. It is the story of the American imprisonment of Mexican Nationals without documentation in America, and also a Latino-American that is in prison for trying to help them.

I think it should be published, especially now that tension make this a topical issue. Would you like to read it to consider publishing it? Thank you for your attention.

When I read Ms. Hurst was helping black authors I was ready to join. As usual in this market deception prevails. That’s why this country is Hursting (LOL) I am so glad I have a seasoned author willing to give valuable info when I as a new author needs it.

Its really odd how Felicia can talk about how difficult it is succeed in the publishing game, when she herself is ot paying her own authors. I find it a kick in the head that she’d even have the audacity to associate her name with anything having to do with the word (BLACK). What Felica has done is mess up her own money and included us in her financial issues. She has nullen-voided each author’s contract,refused calls, emails, and certified mailing. She is not the African-American literary pioneer we once believed she was. It is too bad she has the community and potential authhors believing, she is out for our best interest. I would like info on contracts with net rate royalties from a independent publishers, and royalities without advances I need all the info I can get from your oganization for I’m in the book writing business I sold one book, and a publisher ask me for my second one he’s talking about net rate royalities without advances?
