He (IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman) said insurers eventually will be required to file a document similar to Form 1099 used by financial institutions to report investment income. Well over a year ago when most polls showed that Obama was leading McCain, the narrative was “America has spoken.” Most polls today show that Americans don’t like this bill and the narrative is “this is truly a historic moment and we should be proud.”

Poll Number Double-Speak

Just over a year ago, polling data favoring Obama was proof positive that Americans wanted “change”.
A year later, polling data that shows Americans NOT wanting ObamaCare is proof positive that they are against change.
