Facebook Question: How Has Color Benefited The Other Party?

I keep hearing criticisms about how the Tea Party Movement, Republicans and the Right in general is lacking in the diversity department. You will not get an argument from me on that one. But given the fact that I regularly hear people who are on the Left (or just like hanging around the Left most of the time) complain about things that they control. Even Obama has been getting hammered for not doing enough for Black folks. So is the diversity headcount the key to getting things done on Mainstreet USA?
