Ricardo Sparks, the co-chairman of UC Irvine’s Black student union apparently has not been Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles out in Pasadena or Long Beach. But apparently he was offended over the fact that his school cafeteria decided to serve fried chicken and waffles for their MLK celebration.

That’s right. In his view, King was rolling in his grave because a predominately White school decided to serve what is sold in the hood every day.

Sparks may have been the one who raised a stink about it. But it was fake White guilt that pushed this story into the national spotlight. Some of the very people in the media who are pushing this story probably had a two piece meal this week.

Walter Lee, where are you?? (scroll to 4:57).
