Do you remember the days when if ANYONE questioned Obama’s policies they were considered either a “racist”, or at least the close cousin of one? The fear was so great even amongst numbers of so-called Black conservatives that they even began to buckle under the fear of being seen as an obstacle to Black progress.

My position on this site has been quite simple when it came to Obama or McCain: FOLLOW THE MONEY. While the media painted a picture that displayed a candidate who was greatly funded via grassroots efforts (and there is some truth to that), what was ignored was the fact that Democrats received more money from defense contractors than Republicans. Same goes for drug companies. I also pointed out the other day that Citibank was a top donor to Obama inauguration. OpenSecrets.org has more.

So I find it just amazing to see that despite all this writing on the wall before the elections that people like Danny Glover are now suddenly surprised.
