In my 57 years on this earth, I have never heard of any restaurant /bar having a policy where males are to give up their seats for females if the bar seating is full. I personally think that the allegation that the restaurant does not want black customers is because of a fear of the thug element is crap. If the thugs get out of hand,they can be thrown out by management. Besides, there are other places for that type of group can go to.
