Maaaaaaan! Folks aren’t letting up on ol’ Van “Black Belt” Jones. Either it was just out of pure arrogance behind this Obama appointment or their vetting process was just completely non-existent. I’m inclined to believe that it is a mixture of both. From his admission of being a communist back in 1992 to his plethora of interesting comments that are seeming being unearthed every hour, I think his White House career is beginning to fade.
I’ve seen enough clips of this brutha to know that at some point he is gonna pop. He spent years learning how to maneuver through power circles while masking his true beliefs. Now that same system is about to turn on him. I dunno. I think the ol’ Van Jones is going to emerge in ’bout a minute.
Drudge wasted no time jumping on some of his past comments:” ‘We’ve never seen a Columbine done by a black child’… Only ‘Suburban White Kids’ Shoot Up Schools…”
I remember hearing this same line back in the day from others. It’s too bad the hundreds of young Black men who are shot up in American streets every night by other Black men are never counted. Those body counts add up to hundreds of “Columbines” a year. But alas, White men are not pulling the trigger in most of those cases, so those incidents do not count.
I think this Green Jobs Czar is about to demonstrate how a job can be recycled.
