Bill Gates was recently featured at one of the TED conferences where he talked about the need for vaccines to help control populations.
This is exactly why I will always question the reasoning behind massive vaccinations like the one that is taking place in Haiti. I posted excerpts from this article recently.

No signs of an epidemic, but you still feel the need to vaccinate them. Ooo-kay.
