I saw your Black State of the Union show on March 29, 2010. What I heard just confirmed what I have suspected for years. I live in Pasadena, California. I moved here from Chicago, Illinois in 1969 with my sister Sandra Ann McDuff who is now a current resident of Chicago.
The state of the American economy and our position in it is not by accident. This is a plan that was put in the works many years ago in Pasadena, California. It started after my father graduated from what was known at that time as PJC West. The educational system was gradually changed from its former level of excellance (Latin based) to its current form today.
I was born in Pasadena, California at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in 1948. They did not allow Blacks to be born at Huntington Hospital which was located on Raymond Avenue in Pasadena. The one thing that happened was that both of my parents names was misspelled on my birth certificate. Instead of Aaron Grant Fairfax they put Aron Grant Fairfax, and my mother’s name Ida Mae Session was spelled Ida Mae Sessions. Because of this error I have had a mirade of problems. The same thing occurred with my sister’s birth certificate even though she was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1949.
Here in California there has been a gradual but consistent effort to disenfranchise Blacks who are descendants of slaves in this country. Affirmative Acton has only served as a backlash here in California.
During the 1990s when Pete Wilson was Governor he said in his State of the State address, and I quote “that California would not allow the Federal Government to tell them what to do”. Since that time things have become worse for Blacks here in California.
They have used various groups and religous organizations to push forward their agenda. I am very wary of any church that claims to be a part of the Anglican Communion. For me that means they give their allegiance to the Church of England and the Queen of England because she is the head of the Church of England which is the Anglican Communion. In Pasadena, their are churches that have stated in no uncertain terms that they are part of the Anglican Communion. The ones that I know about and have publicly said this is, All Saints Episcopal Church on Euclid Avenue, an African Methodist Episcopal Church on North Raymond Avenue, Lake Avenue Congregational Church on Lake Avenue at the corner next to the freeway and a Presbyterian Church located on Colorado Boulevard. Also, there is an African Methodist Episcopal church on the Southside of Chicago that has publicly stated they are part of the Anglican Communion.
Remember, it was the Anglican Communion-Church of England who started, profited and raped Africa of her people who ended up in America as slaves until the revolutionary war. It was only after the loss of this country that England decided to outlaw trafficking of slaves on the high seas. But only because they could not partake of the profits.
Also, it is census time. Beware because in Pasadena, California the census for Black people was skewed in 1990 and 2000. People’s information was altered and in some cases changed. Be careful of that and put some of those college students to work tracking people for the next 2 to 5 years to see what happens to them.
I know this probably sounds strange, but I have done a lot of reading and have spoken to many people about the happenings and goings on here in Pasadena, California. I will hopefully in the near future begin to write my book about my experiences and how this has affected me, my children and people that I know.
