Be careful of what you ask for

Bill Maxwell of the St. Petersburg Times believes that HBCUs need to do more to raise graduation rates.

Atlanta Pubic Schools took this same advice and today that district has just been busted for widespread cheating.

If Maxwell really got what he wanted, HBCUs would raise both GPA and SAT requirements
