Unless you have been in the situation where you needed the service of your local payday loan center, it is ridiculous to make the argument about how these operations are doing more harm than good.
Here in California, all the information about your loan is posted in big letters usually in front of the store. From the places we used in the past, employees always took the time to explain what was required from us and any and all penalties if we did not pay off the loan by the specified time. If you cannot follow simple directions or have a history of over-extending yourself, then the payday loan route may not be the thing for you.
