From time to time I do get e-mails like this from folks who are looking for help and find this site. For the vast majority of the e-mails, folks are just looking for a hook-up from me by giving them free advertising without offering anything in return. But in this case, here you have a woman who has been doing all the right things, she just need some advice and capital to get her business started.

I also used to work as a security manager, but it was for a short while until I found something better. The pay is poor to marginal at best. She’s been doing it since ’82, works a second job and helps her two sons. So she’s definitely has my respect.
