Yea.. This has been in the Chicago news for years now. Especially after they ended up putting a moratorium on the death penalty. More people had been freed on DNA evidence than had been put to death. This is why I can not fully support the death penalty. In principle I agree with it. But in practice you end up with situations like all these innocent men in line to lose their lives.
