It&#039;s because those who are vested in the people in power have no desire to actually defend the policies of No Child Left Behind, they just want to keep sending their kids to school believing that everything is being paid for. I could blame people for these faults, but I&#039;d rather just keep my glare at those who run the show. Funding NCLB requires...taxes! And who really wants to talk about giving schools more money than they are already flush with per pupil.
It&#039;s like the Democrats wants to be known as the folks who like to end wars and not start them. I wonder if Truman liked the way he ended WWII, or how Johnson thought ending Vietnam prematurely would bring national shame.</description>
