If some individuals contribute to general social deterioration by overproducing children, and if the need is compelling, they can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility—just as they can be required to exercise responsibility in their resource-consumption patterns—providing they are not denied equal protection.” (Excerpt from the book “Ecoscience”. It was co-written by John Holdren, President Obama’s Science Czar. )

In case some of y’all need me to spell it out more for you, here are some other excerpts from his book.

“Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society.”

“Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.”

Who makes up a significant percentage of our prisons?
How did America define who was “undesirable” going starting from the Civil Rights era to the birth of this nation?
Margaret Sanger also believed in eliminating “undesirables” (See: The Negro Project)

But Duane, the White House said that Holdren no longer believes that stuff.

If that is the case, then why has he waited all of these years and right before being selected by Obama to be his Science Czar?

But Obama didn’t know.

He knows now. Yet Holden is still the Science Czar.

I don’t like it when abortion is used as a divisive issue.

No. You don’t want to be a position that will make you unpopular or on the receiving end of criticism.
And by the way, this is more than just about the right to choose, this is about the systematic destruction of certain elements of our population deemed to be “undesirable”. Black folks have always been placed in that category. If that does not concern you in the slightest, then Black slavery in the US was a complete joke.

We can differ on most political ideology. But when that ideology includes a systematic way of eliminating those who a few hacks deem “undesirable”, that is a bridge too far.

Any Black man who has no problem with hiring someone who believes this stuff is in no way a brutha of mine.
