Christmas Shout Out

Christmas

Well, we have come to that time of year again– Christmas 2008 In about a week we will be entering 2009! Can you believe it?

This is the time of year I take a short hiatus from writing to give my computer a rest :) . But before I go, I wanted to give some Christmas shout outs.

For starters I want to thank each and every one of you for making blackinformant.com one of your rest stops in cyberspace. I have really enjoyed talking, sharing, debating and even arguing with each and every one of you. Your comments have caused me think, challenge my worldview and even laugh. Some of the best moments of my day are spent right here responding to your comments and e-mails.

Other shout outs:

# My wife and two kids who are not only my greatest supporters, but have a penchant for waiting until I get in the middle of a post to talk to me about stuff.

# All the websites and blogs out there that send traffic my way.

# National Public Radio and Farai Chideya

# Chamo Times Radio

I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. Make it a great one.

Duane

PS: I will start posting again right around the first of January.

Tell ‘em Linus!

I enjoy readind your postings. I started reading your blog when I was looking for different views on the presidential race and wanted to find out what other black americans were thinking.

Duane – have a nice “Christmas vacation!” Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow…. And – speaking of snow – how do you add it to your blog? It is way cool!

I love this site. It goes side by side with the conservertive reconstruction project. Clearly there is a sisterhood there. C. Rich
