WASHINGTON, D.C. – Nearly half of the nation’s murder victims in 2005 were black, and the number of black men slain is on the rise.
Black people represented an estimated 13 percent of the U.S. population in 2005, the latest data available, but were the victims of 49 percent of all murders and 15 percent of rapes, assaults and other non-fatal violent crimes nationwide, according to the Justice Department.
Most of the black murder victims — 93 percent — were killed by other black people, the study found. About 85 percent of white victims were slain by other white people. (more…)

A black male killed by a white male as not included in any statistical data but “out of scope” as my husband, a black man, Vietnam Veteran, Federal Police Officer detailed to the WTC 9/11 Ground Zero clean up under GSA, mandatory even after the EPA/Bush lied about the air quality, other WTC responders were already sick and dying from the WTC dust, death dust in a grave yard (basically). As President Bush has left all federal responders on their own, turned his back, promised lies with a smile and would rather fund millions for fences, compensate $4.2 million to illegal immigrant families as their loved ones died from WTC dust, and billions for war that Bush wanted/lied about WMD/when have you seen Bush read to children since 9/11/2001?
Political lunacy of lies for my husband’s legal legacy is justice for him as DHS/GSA/Bush/Congress has denied, ignored, not respected, not honored nor acknowledged, not resported to the Veterans Administration, Social Security Administration or Department of Justice in accordance to legislation, regulations and Homeland Security Act of 2002.
Detailed to hot, humid, toxic, carcinogenic, heat festers diseases as the EPA very conveniently stated that no air quality testing would be done after the clean up detail ended in April 2002; so no air surveys were done during the summer months because clean up detail was over but my husband was detailed by GSA for the clean up which started in April and ended in Sep 2002? Exactly 16 months after the death detail to the WTC clean up my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer, brain tumor, GERD, sinusitis, headaches/seizures, PTSD and prescribed 14 medications when he never took an aspirin/never sick as day in his life. No worker’s compensation, no medical treatment monitoring by DHS (transferred from GSA to DHS in 2003), not one report submitted, not one question answered by GSA/DHS except to go hire a lawyer but DHS worked out the $4.2 million legal limbo with the illegal immigrant lawyer to legally invest the money as they became legal citizens, but legal, USA citizens, veterans, WTC responders have been forgotten?
When has a black man ever been denied being a statistic especially is a murder; but then again, it was a white man who killed a black man and just like the sex, lies and videotape got lost, no questions asked no answers given. As I am white and the only phone call I got from my husband’s lieutenant was to ask if I needed company, did I want him to come visit me – as not without worker’s compensation?
My husband, my hero, my friend of 25 years, my security guard, died in my arms surviving cancer, fighting every day until June 2005; as my quest for his legacy, as he is not the only one, but it only takes one to make the difference, continues through the lies, lunacy and legal illegally ignored as illegal immigrants legally become USA citizens, $4.2 million, as their loved ones were not forgotten as I will never forget, USA needs to remember that we will never forget that day 9/11/2001. As Bush turns media, attention, funds for everything else but that’s what happens with a guilty conscience out of sight out of mind but we shouldn’t let that happen but to remember every day what our hard earned money pays for as we pay at the pumps, food, houses, no healthcare as if we kept out money in house we would have healthcare for every USA citizen.
As illegal immigrants were hired by our government to work the WTC clean up without any fines as companies are fined $10,000 for hiring illegal immigrants; as illegal immigrans went to court, Congress and can’t invest the money legally because they have to reveal their real identity to DHS so isn’t that fraud, conspiracy and we would be sent to jail without passing go and without our little $200.
WTC widow who will always remember in my heart, mind and soul every day without my husband next to me keeping me in check. Thank you for this opportunity to expose the man and not keep it in a mushroom state.
