I think they were speaking of North East. North West isn't anything like the North East and the reason being, is because the North West was mostly all white up until recently. What we call racism springs forth from dealing with other races [personal-political etc].  Since NY was the place all the immigrants and different ethnics all piled into, it is of course very race sensitive, with ethnic neighborhoods etc. West coast, outside parts of Cali haven't had to deal with this [in mass] yet. yeah, I read and replied to their post. Asians tend to stick to their own -- very family oriented, even in their own nations they are that way. It's kinda weird how they are even among their own. Maybe it came about because there was just soo many of them they couldn't afford to be concerned about people outside their family.
