   A YEAR AGO I LAUNCED MY OWN REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY HERE IN CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS WITH THE FOCUS ON DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT. THE ADVANTAGE WHICH MY COMPANY HAS IS PROPERTIES ARE STILL VERY CHEAP AND THEIR IS A DESIRE FOR BABY BOOMERS THAT GREW UP IN A TYPICAL NEIGHBORHOOD TO HAVE AN URBAN LIVING SOMETIME IN THEIR LIFETIME.
