Alexis is a 10 year old weighting 130. Seems like she’s gaining at least 8 to 10lbs. @ month. We’ve triad 100 calorie snacks, Smart Choice Meals and Lean Cuisine Dinners. She starts out doing well but ends up wanting to eat the foods that are not healthy for her. I’m afraid she’s going to harm herself eating so unhealthy. Then she feels bad about herself and her size and cries saying the kids are picking on her.But yet she still continues to eat.I’ve tried excercising but she gets mad and give up.
