The Honest Food Guide (Get it!!)

This is a wonderful replacement of the awful food pyramid put together years ago by the federal government that told us how to eat….improperly. In a later posting I will discuss more of the history of the food pyramid and how it was designed to benefit certain industries.

Raul Pena threatened both his wife and his teenage stepdaughter in the hours before he took his 19-month-old daughter hostage and both died during a hail of police gunfire, authorities said today.
