Over the weekend, I have been invited to join the ranks of The Conservative Brotherhood. These group of blogs are what I consider some of the most mind stimulating sites produced by blacks on the net. I consider it a privilege to be part of their number. Special thanks to Michael D. Cobb Bowen for establishing such a group of unique sites and inviting me to be a part of it!

The links of all members of this group have been added to the menu on your right.

Here is the link for The Conservative Brotherhood website. Please visit often!

This Blog.. and other Black Conversative Blog are laughable. It amazing me how

black folk can align themselves with elitist (in my opinion, racist) folks that will go

out there way to lookout for their own — other rick folk.

In essence, what do all black folks again from this? Does Bush and Company have

Black folk best interest at heart? Just amazing…

  2. Duane Says:

Well suh, don’t you know that our Conservative massas treats us good? Those mean Democratic slave massas just could not convince me that my name was Toby. I’s love to preach the message of my rich white massas! You ought to be ’shamed of yourself, talking about our good massas like that.

What is even more amazing is your assumption that just because I consider myself a Conservative, then I must be pro-Bush. You are watching way too much tv, son.

    Like you say….

    ~just amazing

  3. Cynthia Says:

Hey I’m a conservative, can’t you tell? What can little ole me do to join (smile)? Now, I really feel left out. I added the link already, now I expect to see exceptional things from you lot over there in yo elitist club without Cynthia.

Welcome! Despite what the ignorance up above may say, we’re glad to have you.

  5. Duane Says:

hahahahaahhaha! Girl, you are a straight-up trip.:)

Let me git back to my elitist plantation before massa see me talkin’ with a black pagan.

Apologies… the editor I was using messed up my post; therefore, for readability

purposes I decided it was best to repost it.

    ============================

    Duane,

The question begs, did you vote for Bush and Company in the last election? If so, you are complicit in any and all of his actions and lies. And don’t tell me you did not vote. You are a good Conservative; I am sure you did. BUT, if you did vote but not for Bush, do I dare assume you voted for Kerry?

Nevertheless, you (your ilk) never address the statement. Do you (any of you) align yourself with the Conservative Movement (Neo-Cons, et al)? *the often quoted by your brethren, the Party Lincoln*

Hmmm… Maybe it’s the Armstrong Williams version of Black Conservatism (the brought and sold kind). *Just a Thought*

As for Ambra (whatever)… Don’t reference any thing as ignorance unless there is evidence on your part to back up that assertion. Address me with question; halt the asinine declaration on your part.

By the way, Cynthia… I am sure the Republican Massas is let you in the club (eventually). Now, I am told (Condi Rice whispered this in my ear) all you have to is put aside your blackness, believe Compassionate Conservatism is real (honestly), trust the Rapture is coming (soon) and consider other black folks (the majority) obtuse and unsophisticated because they (a belief by Black Conservatives) are being duped. (Yeah Right, 90% of the black electorate is being duped)

So Cynthia, follow the whisperings of Condi, she will show you the light (entry into that Republican/Conservative Country Club — Tom Delay and Trent Lott are smiling at you).

    ~~ Still Amazed..

  7. Juliette Says:

Put aside our blackness? That’s all we have to do to be a conservative? Well I must have got the discount plan, because I got to keep my skin color, my hair texture, my last name and my heritage. I still own my home in a majority black neighborhood.

Or maybe the neocons told *you* that *you* had to put aside *your* “blackness, merely to make you go away, Mr./Ms. Scales.

Anyone who believes that black republicans/conservatives are, somehow, following the SOS or some other black conservative is the one who is being duped; by his/her own refusal to honestly evaluate another’s point of view. You merely insert your own fevered imaginings and label them “the black conservative POV.” Not a new tactic and it is the patent evidence of your ignorance, Mr./Ms. Scales.
